Description

The official aprons worn by the Grand, Pro, Deputy and Assistant Grand Master's of the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons.

- Includes a metal snake clasp and adjustable strap from 36" to 49" or 914mm to 1244mm.

- Includes a pocket at the back for gloves or ritual books. 

- Includes a hook or becket to fasten to a suit jacket button. 

Designed according to rule 187 in the Book of Constitutions and Regulations for the Government of Mark Master Masons which states:

(i) Present and Past Grand Masters, Pro Grand Masters, Deputy Grand Masters, and Assistant Grand Masters, shall wear aprons of white kid, sixteen inches wide, fourteen inches deep, square at the bottom, bearing the Keystone and lined with dark blue, edged with ribbon four inches wide, dark blue in the centre, crimson on the edges, ornamented with embroidery and an edging of gold lace and bullion fringe. The aprons of Present and Past Deputy Grand Masters and Assistant Grand Masters shall have the word 'DEPUTY' or the word 'ASSISTANT', as appropriate, placed in small Roman Capitals on a bar below the Keystone. 

(ii) The undress apron shall be as above described but without embroidery, edging or fringe.
