Celebrating the Tercentenary of the 1723 Constitutions we are very proud to bring to you our very own gin!
The liquid is created through a traditional London dry process, juniper heavy but the choice of botanicals gives a unique smokey and citrus note. We macerate juniper, coriander seed, lemon, and grapefruit for 48 hours. This liquid is then added to a copper pot, where we add liquorice and szechuan pepper to add a sweet and smokey flavour to the wonderful citrus flavours.
2023 marks the tercentenary of the 1723 Constitutions and how Freemasonry became an important vector for Enlightenment principles, including religious tolerance, meritocracy, self-improvement by education, and even democratic elections.
A small donation from every sale of the 1723 gin will go directly to the Museum of Freemasonry.
